Made 2 separate claims, both got rejected stating that the cancelation and delay of my flights were within the ability of the airline and i could not pursue a compensation on these. However they Airhelp stated that they will keep pushing the airline to pay some compensation. And after 3 months filing my claim i got another answer from Air help saying that one of my claims got compensated for by the airline and they were ready to deposit 260 Euro into my account. Woow, out of the blue came this news. And i see from the email i got the airline paid 400 Euros and Airhelp kept 140 for themselves and paid me the rest.
